Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that not every item of labor or materials or accessories required to make project complete may be specifically mentioned. d. General Description of Work: 1) Project consists of the removal of the building chiller and associated chilled water and condenser water pumps, mechanical room piping and electrical, and roof mounted cooling towers.
