The Council Services Department of the Albuquerque City Council is issuing a national request for proposals through the Council Services Department for a Planning and Design Analysis Report for a new community facility that will be culturally tailored to the needs of the Asian American, Pacific Islander, and Native Hawaiian (AAPINH) populations of Albuquerque. Contract Term: The contract resulting from this solicitation is anticipated to have a term of one (1) year with a possible extension of one (1) year.
