Y1NE--529-14-101 Demolish Water Tower Design Build

The project will be for the selection of a prime contractor (construction partnering with an architect/engineering firm) to provide design-build services necessary for completion of designs for Demolish Water Tower (a Design-Build project). The Design Build team shall provide all, labor, materials, tools and equipment, and design-build services necessary for design and construction of a project described here along with other specified tasks as further defined in a request for proposal (RFP) for renovation of Project 529-14-101 Demolish Water Tower Design Build . The project shall be designed and completed in accordance with VA Criteria, EPA requirements, VA Specifications (including and developed specifically to meet local requirements for the Butler 529-14-101 Demolish Water Tower Design Build. Under a previous contract in 2015 this project was designed to 100% completion. Since the completed design, resultant contract design and specification documents will require to be updated to design completion of the referenced project and used in perform construction.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
