| Description | Building Automation controls installation/repair on Johnson controls Distech control system (JOC) – Contractor must carry and provide appropriate licenses and/or manufacturer certifications to work on Johnson controls Distech control system. Contractor must be expericnced in installation and/or repair of communications LAN for computerized building automation system (BAB). Use only factory trained and certified personnel to perform installation/repair and service. Must be manufacturer certified and be able to work on hardware and software. Contractor must be able to perform repairs to wiring and /or fiber optics according to industry standards. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of LAN requirements for BAS such as Lighting Protection and grounding Requirements. Must be able to respond within a 24 hours of initial call and Complete work on target as determined by WCPSS Energy Management Department. |
