Electric Landscape Improvements - Fiddyment Substation

As of April 21 2022.The project is expected to be awarded. The City of Roseville Electric Department is renovating the landscaped area in front of Fiddyment Substation. The scope of this project includes the removal of existing landscaping. The installation of new landscaping, irrigation and lighting features. This will be a competitive bid process based on the lump sum amount. Qualified contractors that meet the requirements and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate. The deadline for questions will be October 19, 2021. Prospective bidders will be limited to no more than two attendees each. Attendance will be taken at the beginning of the meeting, and bids will not be accepted from vendors that do not attend. COVID-19 Precautions: Safety is our highest priority. To help ensure the safety of everyone involved with this pre-bid meeting, the following is required of all people involved: Observe physical distancing (6 feet) whenever possible. Bring a face covering and wear it during the pre-bid meeting and site inspection.
