Torpy Park REBID ADA and Park Improvements

In general, the project consists of various site improvements to Torpy Park located in the Town of Minocqua along USH 51 and the shore of Minocqua Lake. Improvements include replacing existing brick paver trail with concrete path, other various concrete path and ramp replacement and construction, totaling approximately 18,300 SF of concrete, repaving of approximately 1,200 SY of existing asphalt parking surface, adding 550 LF of concrete curb and gutter, and 2,035 SY of crushed aggregate surfacing for parking area improvements. Other site improvements include constructing new open-air pavilions, replacing existing site lighting and electrical throughout the park, pavement marking, site restoration, landscaping and installing and relocating new and existing park amenities. Alternate Bid 1 includes the expansion and repaving of a 1,900 SY asphalt surface parking lot, including 1,200 SF of concrete sidewalk, pavement marking, and associated site restoration.
