| Description | Project primarily consists of milling and resurfacing of Upper Saddle River Road from the Municipal Boundary to Chestnut Ridge Road. The work consists of full-depth pavement repairs, spot reconstruction of concrete and asphalt curbs, the installation of approximately 30 LF of 15" RCP, a `B` inlet for drainage improvements, the restriping of roadway markings, refurbishing the interior of inlets with mortar, the resetting of inlets and manhole castings with minor upgrades, and all other improvements depicted on the project plans. | ||||||
