Description

The materials and/or services shall be in accordance with the standards and requirements as set forth in the Contract Documents Technical questions and appointment for Polymer Trial date between March 6th and March 24th , 2023, should be emailed to ereichert@rvrsa.org. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, payable to the Authority as a guarantee that the low bidder will enter into the contract bid upon. The amount to be so deposited shall be 10% of the total amount bid, but in no case shall exceed $20,000. Any bid that is not accompanied by said check or Bid Bond will be rejected. Said checks or bid bonds of unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon the execution of the contracts and the filing of the required bond. The Rockaway Valley Regional Sewerage Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, should the Authority determine it is in the public interest to do so.
