RFP Design - Amtrak Penn Station Access - Construction Management Services

The National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) is requesting proposals from qualified Engineering Consultant firms to provide Technical Review and Construction Support Services for the MTA Penn Station Access Project in the Bronx, New York. The Engineering Consultant will provide technical support and act as owner's representative in the design/build process of the PS Project. The Engineering Consultant shall provide technical support to Amtrak during construction on questions relating to the design related to Amtrak, and monitor the RFI log to assure all Amtrak related submittals have been addressed and/or in process. Amtrak reserves the right to reject the documents.
