5-Acre Neighborhood Park - CP0565 - City of Visalia

Per the general plan the City will aquire land, design, and build a 5-acre neighborhood park.Neighborhood Parks are intended to provide basic recration activities for one or more neightborhoods with a service area of one half to one mile radius. Neighborhood parks usually include playgrounds, picnic tables, benches, and walkways. Annual maintenance costs for this park are estimated to be $74k per year. This project is in included in the City of Visalia FY 2022/23 & 2023/24 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of August 1,2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
