| Description | Scope of Work: 1. Fix 125 patches on the first (1st) floor of the Adolescent’s Building. Patching includes scraping, repairing of patches, texturing, caulking of all cracks. 2. Prime and Paint all doors and door casings. 3. Enclose 1' x 4' openings on the top of walls in rooms 132-A,132-B,159-A, and 159-B. 4. Caulk and Paint Forty-two (42) windows. Windows will be marked by facility. 5. Sand, prime and paint both sides of Fifty-four (54) doors in Building 509. 6. Paint all marked ceilings and walls. Ceilings and walls will be marked by facility 7. Remove and replace ceiling tiles in rooms 101S, 102,103,104,123,124,149, and 150 with 2'X4' Fissure ceiling.tile. |
