Outdoor WiFi Equipment and Installation for RV Campground

The City of Huntington Beach ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors with the necessary experience in providing outdoor Wi-Fi equipment including installation and access control to the network. The City's goals in offering this provider opportunity are to: o Provide Wi-Fi (radios/antennas) o Install Wi-Fi (radios/antennas) to provide internet coverage to the Huntington Beach RV Campground o Have the Wi-Fi (radios/antennas) mounted to existing light poles throughout the campground o Connect to our internet router from the Marine Safety Training Center (MSTC) located at 21707 Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach, CA 92648 o Include a system that allows for protected network access i.e. unique passcodes that can easily change for use only by campers and restricted from the general public. o Provide ease of maintenance o Proven track record for operating in marine environments o Provide user friendly programing system The City is looking for a radio/antenna to beam internet access from the router located at the MSTC to the campground, which stretches for about 1,000ft southeast of the building to connect to Wi-Fi (radios/antennas) throughout the campground.
