Partial Roof Replacement on Yankton High School

Yankton School District 63-3 will accept sealed bids for furnishing all materials and equipment and doing all work required for partial roof replacement on Yankton High School during the fall of 2023. Bids will be presented to the school board for their consideration at the regular meeting on February 13, 2023. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check payable to Yankton School District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, or a bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the contract, performance/payment bonds and insurance certification as required by the contract documents, within ten (10) days after the Notice of Award. Yankton School District 63-3 reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding or to accept the bid or bids which best serves the interests of Yankton School District 63-3.
