Acquisition Title: Upgrade Fire Alarm Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete all required project work in accordance with the provided SOW, Specifications, and Drawings. The Magnitude of the construction project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 PER VAAR 836.204 The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238210 (19 M) Pre-Bid Site Visit shall be held on January 16, 2023 @ 9:00am CST. All interested Contactors shall meet at the building 163, 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr. Temple, TX 76504. All Contractors attending the Pre-Bid Site Visit may be required to be COVID Screened to enter the facility. Please ensure you arrive early to allow enough time to go through screening.
