Description | Provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to remove approximately 140 square feet of drywall partitions and approximately 30 lineal feet of vinyl base; remove and move the (2) existing data racks, (5) dedicated fourplex wall outlets, (3) Altronix power backups and panels, (1) GE panel, (2) patch panels, (1) wall mounted phone, (2) patch panels, (1) fiber modem and all other data wiring running under floor and above floor necessary to move the wall over for the new office configuration; construct approximately one thousand thirty (100) square feet of 3-5/8" 20-gauge steel studs 16" OC ceiling high partition walls; prime (1) coat and paint no less than (2) coats of paint to approximately (280) square feet of previously painted drywall partitions and (100) square feet of new drywall construction and install approximately (5) square yards of 24" x 24" carpet tiles at the Outlook South Building. |
