Description

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tacoma, Washington. Working plans call for the construction of a 219,000-square-foot, one-story above grade, 250-unit multi-residential development; and two-story above grade office development. Building 1 will be a one or two story office building. Scope details have not been finalized. Buildings 5 and 6 will be multi-family units valued at $79 million. The project is located on South Jefferson Avenue between South 21st Street and South 23rd Street. As of July 6, 2022 the project is in design stage. Information regarding the architect has not been disclosed. A possible general contractor has been identified. Construction is planned to begin in the summer of 2023.
