Science Hall HVAC Split System and System Strainer Install

This project shall include the installation of a magnetic sock strainer to allow for continuous filtration of the building re-heat system This work will require flushing the entire system along with opening fully all circuit setters during the flush. Circuit setters must be re-set to initial balance position after the installation of the magnetic sock strainer is completed.The project shall also include the installation of an HVAC split unit for an AV closet located in classroom 181. See specifications below and contract drawings for additional clarification. 1. Contractor shall be fully responsible to review all existing conditions, all dimensions,all material quantities necessary, and all new work indicated or shown; and as fully coordinated with all construction documents and specifications prior to bidding. 2. Providing all labor, supervision, project coordination, tools, equipment, demolition, legal removals, and the legal recycling, disposal, and reporting of all construction waste for the renovation of the work. This work will require flushing the entire system along with opening fully all circuit setters during the flush. Circuit setters must be re-set to initial balance position after the installation of the magnetic sock strainer is completed. There is no site visit. overall goal of 0% for SDVOB participation for this solicitation.
