Description | To provide Rethermalizers, Hot Water Dispensers and Miscellaneous Kitchen Equipment Rethermalizers: 1. 41 water rethermalizers (Pitco SRTE14-2-D/SRTG14-2-D or similar) delivered and installed at 41 separate sites (See Attachment A – Site List) with Aurora Public School District before 6/30/2022. Final electric and gas order quantities subject to change. 2. Each individual hot water dispenser to meet the follow specifications: a. At least 16 gallons per section 2-Section electric or natural gas commercial rethermalizer b. Final quantities of electric version and natural gas selection to be determined c. Digital controls d. Stainless steel construction 3. Include any applicable water filtration Kitchen Hot Water Dispensers: 1. 126 hot water dispensers (Bunn 43600.0002 H5X or similar) delivered and installed at 63 separate sites within the Aurora Public School District before 6/30/2022. Final order quantities subject to change. 2. Each individual hot water dispenser to meet the follow specifications: a. Able to dispense at least 14 gallons of boiling water per hour with a hot water input of 140 degrees F b. Wall mounted c. Stainless steel exterior 3. Include any applicable water filtration Miscellaneous Kitchen Equipment: 1. (4) Nugget Ice Machines for Crawford, South, Kenton, Clyde-Miller. Final order quantities subject to change. a. Manitowoc UNP0200 or similar b. Daily ice capacity of about 220 lbs. per day c. Bin storage capacity of about 30 lbs. d. 5-15P plug e. Overall dimensions should be about 19 11/16”W x 26”D x 33 3/16”H f. Stainless steel exterior 2. (1) Pass-through Hot box for Columbia a. Cres Cor H137PWSUA12D or similar b. Insulated Pass-through hot cabinet with humidity control c. Stainless steel exterior d. Electric. Should not exceed 16amps @ 120V e. Cannot exceed dimensions 29.5”W x 83.25”H x no Depth limitation 2. (1) New steamer for Virginia Court a. Cleveland Range 24CEA10 electric (not natural gas) steamer or similar b. 2 compartment steamer with a capacity at least (5) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" Steam Table Pans per compartment c. 208 Volt, 3-phase d. Stainless steel exterior 3. (1) Veggie washer sink for Bakery 1. Power Soak Power Prep PPI4B-84L-115-1 or similar 2. 4-bay, free-flowing, NSF approved veggie washer that fully immerses and tumbles product with high-volume gentle wash jets 3. Includes baskets for collecting cleaned produce |
