Rehabilitate Terminal Apron

The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Pulverizing approximately 11,000 syd of bituminous pavement and placing approximately 1,900 tons of MDOT HMA, including restoration, pavement marking, and other necessary appurtenances. The deadline for questions is 5:00 pm (EST) on Monday, June 13, 2022. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from Federal, State, and Local sources. A bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check payable County of Roscommon in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the receipt of bids. The DBE goal is 3%. Contractor shall refer to the DBE requirements of the contract documents to be considered responsible and responsive. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least ninety (90) days thereafter. The project shall be completed within ninety (90) days from date of Notice to Proceed. The DBE goal is 3% Goals for minority participation for each trade: 5.2% Goals for female participation in each trade: 6.9%
