Description

Service may be terminated by the University at the end of each fiscal year under a non appropriation, funding-out clause, in addition, either party may terminate this agreement for convenience at any time by giving the other party thirty (30) days prior written notice Question Deadline 05/19/2023 at 10:00 AM CT Contract Period will be from June 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024 Contract for small job construction/repair services shall be provided to the University during the Contract period by the approved Suppliers on an ‘as-needed’ basis. As project work needs arise, the University will contact Supplier(s) and request a quote including all costs (labor, materials, and equipment) and the Suppliers ability to meet the requested time line for project completion. In general project will not exceed $25,000. Since services will be requested on an as-needed’ basis, there are no guarantees on the amount of services required. All projects will be approved and a purchase order will be issued by the University before project is started. This time and material pricing is only valid on projects with a cost not to exceed $50,000.00. Projects exceeding $50,000 will be handled and bid separately. The University reserves the right to bid any project outside of the resulting contract as a standalone project. Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences is requesting time and material pricing for a supplier(s) to provide Small Construction Job services on an as needed basis.
