Description

This project involves an addition to the existing Hess Ice Rink building enclosure to include a new entrance and renovations to the concession area, and a larger addition to house new locker rooms. Sitework will entail additional entrance drive and parking areas. The General Contractor will be responsible for General Construction, General Sitework, and coordination of the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical prime contracts.
