| Description | The San Diego County Water Authority (Water Authority) is soliciting bids for one 30-inch rotary cone valve with electric actuator. The Water Authority reserves the right, after opening bids, to waive any informality in any bid, to reject any or all bids, and to make an award to the lowest, responsible, and responsive bidder as determined by the Water Authority. Contract will be awarded within 90 days after the bid opening if it is in the best interest of the Water Authority. All questions relative to this Project before bid opening shall be presented in writing via email as soon as possible, but no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 23, 2022, to Mike Vanoli, Assistant Management Analyst, at mvanoli@sdcwa.org. An addendum shall be issued to bidders stating the questions and answers. |
