| Description | Contractor shall provide semi-annual maintenance services for SwimEx Model SX 700T Physical Therapy Pool located at Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth VA. Maintenance to include oil change, lubrication, clean/replace filters, caulking and citric acid wash and waxing. The contractor shall provide material, labor, travel, parts and shipping necessary to keep the SwimEx pool in satisfactory working condition. SwimEx pool is to be maintained per original manufacturer specifications. Only manufacturer parts or equivalent, either new or refurbished, of equal or better quality shall be used. | ||||
