For bid exceeding $50,000 the successful BIDDERS shall be required to provide performance, labour and two year warranty bonds or irrevocable letters of credit, each in 100% of the contract amount, covering faithful performance of the contract and payment of all obligations arising thereunder. All prices must be guaranteed thirty (30) days from bid date THERE WILL BE NO CHANGE ORDERS FOR SUPPLY PRICE INCREASES. Preliminary List of Bid Packages: 1. Demo 2. Roofing (materials must be on site within 90 days after project is awarded) 3. HVAC 4. Plumbing 5. Electrical 6. Misc. Steel 7. Drywall/Acoustics 8. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities in any bid, and award a contract to the bidder who, in the opinion of the Owner, offers a proposal which appears to be in the best interest of the Owner.
