Interim Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase 1 - Lease

Project location: Project site is located at the intersection of Spur 557 and U.S. Highway 80 on the north side of U.S. Highway 80, in Kaufman County, Texas. Project scope shall include the assembly of a steel package wastewater treatment plant; installation of equipment and associated electrical components; yard piping; fence and construction of on-site lift station. Project scope shall include furnishing and delivering a 100,000 gpd wastewater treatment plant; plant components include two (2) 52-ft rectangular basins for aeration and aerobic digestion; one (1) 40-ft diameter clarifier; one (1) 32-ft rectangular basin for chlorine contact; and all ancillary equipment and associated electrical components, including but not limited to, two (2) positive displacement blowers, all air drop diffusers, air lift pumps, piping, non-potable water system, bar screen, handrails and walkways, etc.; facility must be able to achieve a wastewater effluent with the following parameters: CBOD5 of 10 mg/l; TSS of 15 mg/l; NH3-N of 3 mg/l; and less than 126 MPN/100 ml E. coli. The above described construction will be performed in accordance with plans and specifications and any addenda thereto which may be issued prior to the opening of bids. Make the Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the closing time above designated will be returned unopened.
