UDOT Cover Material Region 4

The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide: UDOT with Cover Material for the specified drop points in Region 4. Bid will be the cost of material and delivery. It is anticipated that this IFB will result in multiple contract awards. The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Awards will be given to the vendor with lowest cubic yard price for material and delivery to each location. UDOT reserves the right to add or subtract +/- to the amounts on each site based on budget and changes that may occur. The contract resulting from this IFB will be through the completion of the contract. 1Year. Material must be delivered by May 5th 2023 Issuing Procurement Unit, Conducting Procurement Unit, and Solicitation Number The UDOT Procurement Services Division is the issuing procurement unit and Region 4 is the conducting procurement unit for this IFB (referred to as "the State"). The reference number for this IFB is Solicitation #UDOT230195CN.
