Description | This project includes the installation of a precast box culvert with the construction of cast-in-place wingwalls, roadway, storm drainage, gabion basket retaining wall, utility, lighting, and landscaping construction and improvements as described in project plans entitled "Philemon Avenue Public Road Extension" to support a multi-family project that is currently under construction. Two geotechnical reports are available; 1) Geotechnical Exploration dated September 17, 2021 by Aardvark Engineers, Inc. and 2) Geotechnical Engineering Letter dated January 12, 2022 by Carolinas Geotechnical Group and can be provided via e-mail. A 5% bid security is required with each bid that equals or exceeds $300,000.
