Description

The Project includes the following Work: Connecting to the City of La Grande, Oregon, water and sewer systems and installing the water and sewer infrastructure around the fairgrounds to serve the facility. The Project includes installation of approximately 2,600 linear feet of water lines, 2,300 linear feet of sewer lines, and construction of a sanitary sewer lift station, together with all other Work required to complete the Project as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. The Project includes an additive alternative to construct two restroom facilities. The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. This project was funded in part by the Oregon State Lottery and administered by the Oregon Business Development Department. The Project has an expected completion date of June 15, 2024. No paper sets will be provided for bidding purposes. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. The Owner is an equal opportunity employer.
