Cape Playhouse Renovation

This renovation will include work to an historic theater and its outbuildings and grounds. The total square footage of the project has not been announced. Funding was awarded in June 2020. As of January 11, 2023, no building permits have been submitted to the Town of Dennis for review. Information regarding either an architect or general contractor has not been disclosed.
