Work consists primarily of the interior construction of an existing 1 story office building that is approximately 16,000 square feet and a mezzanine area that is approximately 5,000 square feet. 1. Candidate Physical Agility Test for pre-hire candidates; 2. Annual Work Performance Evaluation for incumbent personnel; 3. Provide training and coaching to emergency responders in an attempt to reduce injury potential; 4. In those instances when an emergency responder is injured, provide a facility and associated coaching to rehabilitate an injury and promote full body conditioning before returning to the front lines as an emergency responder; 5. With dedicated classroom space, host a myriad of programs, seminars, and presentations centric to promoting health and wellness of the emergency responder; 6. Provide dedicated space for personnel assigned to the Office of Health, Safety, and Wellness, to include any future staff and contractors; and 7. Future development of an Occupational Health Center for Combined Fire and Rescue System members
