Sewer System Maintenance Services

1. Sewer Cleaning, including debris and grease removal, obstruction and root cutting, protrusion reaming in both main and lateral pipelines. 2. Internal video inspection via CCTV video recording to DVD. The Contractor must be able to provide this service for the recording of mainline and lateral sewers including recommendations of specific corrective measures. All inspections shall be completed using NASSCO Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP) for identifying observations. 3. Deliverables shall include a detailed report of the pipes surveyed per the specifications provided later in this document, as well as DVD or other media acceptable to the City, which is clearly labeled and contains digital files named in accordance with the City’s filing convention. 4. Section lining of sewer with the use of a resin impregnated fabric inversion liner (CIPP) 5. Relining sewer sections from manhole to manhole with a resin impregnated fabric inversion liner (CIPP). 6. Relining service laterals from the mainline toward the premises with a resin impregnated fabric inversion liner (CIPP) including the installation of a cleanout at the right of way as needed. 7. Pipe joint testing and sealing utilizing chemical grout. 8. Relining of existing structures for the purposes of inflow/infiltration control and/or structural purposes.
