The prospective winning bidder should be prepared in all aspects of emergency water and sewer line repair, including but not limited to a crew of workers, safety equipment, traffic control, proper tools and excavation equipment, pumps and demolition saw. The prospective winning bidder must be able to work with and take direction from the operations manager of CSJMA in determining the safest & most efficient way to complete the job.
