Brick-and-Mortar Restoration at Fire Headquarters: Headquarters: 200 Main Street 1. Brick replacement upper are of building cornices on the left and right sides of the building, this may be needed on the inside and outside of areas above the roof line. 2. Remove and replace cracked and spalled bricks 3. Spot point entire building using materials that as closely match the period and existing materials as possible. 4. Grind out mortar joints and spot point where necessary 5. Price shall include the rental of a lift to complete work at elevations 6. Bid shall include the removal of any construction debris 7. Work site shall be left broom clean 8. Waterproofing of the entire exterior will be itemized separately as an option at the time work is completed.
