Culvert/Bands

Lengths, Quantities, Coating: Provide a price per foot for Aluminized Coated Corrugated Steel Culvert Pipe, Type 1 (Groups 1, 2, 5 and 6), and Polymer Coated Corrugated Steel Culvert Pipe, Type 1 (Groups 3, 4, 7 and 8), for round and ERS shaped pipes for the diameters of: 12”, 15”, 18”, 24”, 30”, 36”, 48” and 60”. The lengths of pipe shall be for 26 feet lengths and a variable length of 27 to 50 foot lengths which shall be continuously rolled. All pipes specifications shall meet Articles 542 and 1006 of the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. Also, provide a price for the same sizes for 2’ Rolled Bands, 1 each, including fasteners (Group 9). Quantity of Pipe: The actual quantities required will vary as needed by the Lee County Highway Department. This contract shall set a unit price for the cost of the said material. The department shall request the amount of material as it is needed at the contract unit price. All awarded contract unit prices shall be effective until December 31, 2022.
