Perimeter Security System Maintenance and Repair S

The Contractor shall provide a full range of onsite scheduled, planned (or preventive) maintenance (PM), unscheduled unplanned maintenance (UPM), minor repairs (as needed), inspection, and technical phone support for all PSS and related devices listed in Attachment 2 – Equipment List to ensure the PSS remains in normal operating condition. Normal operating condition is defined as operation within manufacturer specificaitons so as to permit proper functioning of a device, piece of equipment, or system. The Contractor shall provide all consumables, supplies, equipment, materials, and tools to complete PM, as defined in the appropriate original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) current maintenance manuals and the government’s furnished checklists. Examples of consumables include, but are not limited to, grease, lubricants, filters, cleaners, and rags.
