WAGE RULES: Each craft, type of worker and mechanic needed to execute the Contract shall be paid the prevailing wage rate for the locality in which the work is performed, in accordance with all federal laws and laws of the State as well as local ordinances and regulations applicable to the work hereunder and having force of law. RIGHTS RESERVED The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities BY OWNER: and/or reject any or all bids when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interests of the Owner.
