| Description | Cut the defective tubes from 2 boilers. Prepare the tube sheets removing sharp edges and burrs. Furnish and set in the boilers. Standard gauge SA178-A boiler tubes. New tubes to be properly rolled and flared at the front and rear tube sheets. Replace hand holes and cover plates removed to perform this work. Fill boiler and apply hydrostatic test below the set pressure of the safety valve. |
