| Description | The Buffalo City School District is interested in hiring an independent consultant who will guide a review of Board of Education sub-district boundaries. The review will determine if sub-district boundaries need to be adjusted for the purpose of balancing population numbers in each sub-district as nearly as possible with the same number of inhabitants. The consultant will either confirm and present proof that the current districts are balanced or develop a redistricting plan based on that review.
