Prepare architectural and engineering conceptual and construction drawings and specifications or studies, for a variety of interior and exterior renovations and improvements. Prepare designs and specifications for repairs, expansions and/or upgrades to existing water conveyance systems including but not limited to canals, pumping plants and pipelines. Prepare designs for electrical and mechanical systems to include providing power to remote locations Assess structural condition of buildings including seismic analysis. Assess mechanical and electrical systems and make recommendations for repairs, upgrades etc. Undertake studies and prepare documentation for consultations with State Historic Preservation Offices and other parties. Assess mechanical, electrical, low-voltage, telecom, fire detection and suppression, and building management or other facility systems, and provide improvement recommendations and designs. Perform hydraulic analysis of specific water conveyance systems, specific basins and or irrigation systems.
