Road Slide Abatement. Each bidder must be licensed as required by law. The Contractor shall possess a Class "A" or C-12 license at the time of contract award. The Contractor and SubContractor shall be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations (Public Works Contractor (PWC) Registration) at the time of bid opening. A mandatory bidder's list will be required to participate in bidding for this project.
