RFP - Affordable Housing Study and Action Plan Development Services

To consider entering into a contract with one (1) or more well-qualified consultant(s) to provide a two-part affordable housing land use code study and policy initiative on behalf of the Larimer County Community Development Department. Prices and terms shall remain in effect until a contract has been executed. Question Acceptance Deadline 04/25/2022 12:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Proposers are encouraged, but not required, to provide one (1) redacted .pdf proposal, excluding any information that is not subject to disclosure under the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA), see page 8 for additional information. If we do not receive a redacted copy, the proposers original copy will be used to satisfy public records requests. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
