Description | Supply and Installation of Security Camera System at Harry J. Holtje House, 1403, 1405 and 1407 Teresa Drive, Fort Lee, New Jersey 07024 All work necessary and incidental thereto in accordance with the Contract Documents. The work must be completed by April 7,2022, The award is solicited in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and a contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder Each Bidder is strongly encouraged to inspect the interior and exterior of the work site prior to submission of its Bid. Failure by a Bidder to inspect the work sites prior to submission of its bid will, in no way, relieve selected Bidder of its responsibility to perform all work required under the Contract Documents. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked on the exterior with the words "Supply and Installation of Security Camera System." Sealed Bids may be delivered by hand in person to the Authority's office. They may also be deposited into the lock box located at the exterior entrance of the above address. It is Bidder's sole responsibility to ensure delivery of its Bid by the bid deadline. Bidders must be fully licensed, certified and insured to perform all of the work required under the Contract Documents and must be authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. Any Bidder that is a corporation not chartered under the laws of the State of New Jersey must submit an affidavit certifying that said corporation is authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. Bidders, their subcontractors and suppliers, must comply with the State of New Jersey Business Registration requirements. Bidders must be registered with the Department of Labor and are required to comply with the requirements of Public Law 1999, c.238, "The Public Works Contractor Registration Act", which became effective on April 11, 2000. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of Public Law 1975, c.127, which pertains to "Non-Discrimination" and "Affirmative Actions", Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, New Jersey State Prevailing Wage requirements and Public Law 1977, c.33, which requires a statement of Corporate Ownership. The deadline for receipt of questions pertaining to this RFP will be Wednesday, March 8, 2023, by 2:00 p.m. |
