Description Roadway and utility improvements on 32nd Street and 33rd Street Including Floral Avenue and Flagler Drive. This is one of the utility capital improvements projects identified in the Utility System Revenue Bond Program, Series 2017A. The work will include replacement of water main and water services, construction of sanitary sewer main in the road right-of-way and rerouting of sanitary sewer laterals from rear easement, and reconstruction of roadway.
