This project is to Renovate Spinal Cord Unit at the VA NJ Healthcare System's East Orange Campus 385 Tremont Ave. East Orange, NJ 07018. The contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, personnel and supervision to accomplish project number 561-12-105 Renovate Spinal Cord Unit IAW the Statement of Work, Specifications and Drawings attached hereto. The Contractor will be responsible to coordinate and schedule work and shall be expected to plan work typically, during duty hours of 8AM to 4:30PM EST except as noted in the general conditions and as approved by the Contracting Officer. NAICS: 236220 Size Standard: $45M of Construction is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000 This requirement is 100% for Small Business.
