Broadalbin-Perth Central School District - 2016 Capital Project - Phase 2 - Contract No. 02BPC - General Construction (GC) - Broadalbin and Perth and Concession Stands

This bid came in 8 million dollars over budget. As of August 31, 2018 the owner anticipates this could potentially rebid in December, 2018. A solicitation has not been released, and a firm bid date and timeline for construction have yet to be established. The Owner, the School Board of Broadalbin-Perth Central School District, will receive sealed bids to furnish materials and labor to complete the 2016 Capital Project within the District, as noted above.Each bid shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following contract(s): Contract No. 02B - General Construction (GC) - Broadalbin Campus Contract No. 02P - General Construction (GC) - Perth Campus Contract No. 02C - General Construction (GC) - Concession Stands or Contract No. 02BP - General Construction (GC) - Broadalbin and Perth Campus or Contract No. 02BPC - General Construction (GC) - Broadalbin and Perth and Concession Stands Contract No. 03 - Mechanical Construction (MC) Contract No. 04 - Electrical Construction (EC) Contract No. 05 - Plumbing Construction (PC) Each Bidder must deposit a Bid Security in the amount and form per the conditions provided in Instructions to Bidders.
