Fort Leonard Wood Concrete IDIQ

1. This invitation for bid (IFB) w ill result in a single aw ard contract for Concrete Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) Requirements located at Fort Leonard Wood, MO and the Lake of the Ozarks Area (LORA), Linn Creek, MO. 2. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. Only small businesses are eligible to subit offers for this solicitation. 3. The total estimated magnitude of this contrtact is betw een $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. 4. The aw arded contract is expected to be a three (3) year contract w ith a Base Year of tw elve (12) months and tw o (2) option periods of tw elve (12) months each. 5. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238110, w ith a size standard of $16.5 million. 6. There w ill be no Site Visit held for this requirement. 7. The point of contract for this requirement is Shania McBride, Contract Specialist, at shania.n.mcbride.civ@army.mil and Adeline Fuata, Contracting Officer, at adeline.f.fuata.civ@army.mil. 8. Written questions w ill be submitted to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer no later than 1:00 PM (CST) on 7 October 2022. 9. Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM (CST) 25 October 2022. The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform concrete requirements in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and contract documents listed in Section J at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and the Lake of the Ozarks Recreation Area (LORA). All work will be issued on individual task orders. The attached Task List is provided in Section J with each item and estimated quantities. Bidders shall complete the task list by filling in their proposed unit price and total price for each task list item. To compute the Total Evaluated Price for the Base Year, bidders shall add the total price of all task list items 1 through 59. The total price shall be listed as both the unit price and total price using a quantity of 1 for each CLIN. Example: CLIN 0001 = Qty 1 x UNIT PRICE = ESTIMATED COST (BASE YEAR TOTAL EVALUATED PRICE). *Bidders shall complete and submit the filled-in Task List with their bids in order to be considered responsive. POP 15-NOV-2022 TO 14-NOV-2023 COMMENCEMENT, PROSECUTION, AND COMPLETION OF WORK (APR 1984) The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than the date specified on the delivery order. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
