Ditch Improvement Project

This open ditch cleaning project is located in Clinton Township, Fulton County, Ohio and is being completed through the drainage improvement provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, Chapter 6131. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, each bidder shall be required to file with their bid one of the following options: A bond Providing for the Bid Guaranty and the Contract Bond in the full amount of the bid, or, A Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code. The amount of the Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Letter of Credit shall equal ten percent (10%) of the bid. If this option is used, a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price shall be furnished by the successful bidder as a condition of the contract. All proposals must be submitted bound in their entirety, and on the forms furnished in the contract documents. The Board of County Commissioners of Fulton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
