| Description | N50 hot mix asphalt to be used in our 2021 Road Program. Each bidder will provide pricing for both surface and binder material per ton. The low bid will be the lowest combined price of the surface and binder. No breakdown for quantities of binder versus surface will be given. Due to location and availability of material, we intend to issue three contracts. One contract to each of the three lowest bidders. The lowest bidder`s contract will be for a minimum of 5,000 tons, second place`s contract for a minimum of 3,000 tons, and third place contract for a minimum of 2,000 tons. |
