Road Capitol Boulevard Reconfiguration Building Demolition

Contractor shall perform all work and furnish all tools, materials, supplies, equipment, services, labor, and other items incidental thereto necessary for the construction and completion the work, more particularly described as the I-5/Trosper Road/Capitol Boulevard Reconfiguration Building Demolition project. The project includes, without limitation, furnishing all labor, materials, services, equipment, and incidentals necessary to raze, remove, and dispose of building structures and their appurtenances as shown in the Plans. Building #1 is located at 5301 Capitol Boulevard SE, Tumwater, WA 98501 and is one structure. Building #2 is located at 348 Lee Street SE, Tumwater, WA 98501 and is comprised of two separate buildings with a carport structure linking the two buildings. This work shall include demolition, removal, and disposal of the following; building structures, interior items and hardware, building foundations, concrete basement structures, concrete slabs, concrete sidewalks and curbing, asphalt pavement, miscellaneous site improvements, retaining walls, disconnection of utility services and coordination, sewer grinder pump system removal, electronic signs and foundations, storm drainage modifications, and fences. Additional work will include asbestos abatement (and other hazardous materials abatement), traffic control measures, erosion control measures and facilities, backfilling the site and stabilization, and general project site clean-up and all applicable permits
