MLK Maintenance Building Re-Roofing

Project includes a new TPO retrofit roofing system over an approximately 14,800 square feet warehouse facility with an existing metal roof. All proposals must be on a lump sum basis; No segregated proposals will be accepted. Evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for the openings of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any or all irregularities and to reject any or all proposals. The Owner reserves the right to be the sole judge of the qualifications of each and every bidder. The Owner anticipates issuing a "Notice to Proceed" to the selected bidder within seven (7) days after the HACG Board of Commissioners Approval on Wednesday, July 15, 2022.
